PC Authority is combining the best of both worlds, by using our partnership with Dell to purchase standardized business systems, but supported by local PCA Technologists.

What does this mean for you?  Simple, if you have a system issue you don't have to call Dell Support to try to resolve it, you simply call PC Authority.  If it's a hardware issue covered under the three year warranty, simply drop it off at our office and there will be NO CHARGE to fix it...just get it to our store!  If it's a software issue (eg. virus/spyware), one of our technologists will be able to quickly get that serviced and fixed at competitive rates.
